We perform tests for chemical analysis, HB hardness, and radiometric control on all our products.
Additionally, we can provide any type of test through our internal laboratory or through qualified external laboratories. We provide 3.1 certification according to UNI EN 10204 standards.

Machine Shop

At BOA, we perform mechanical machining operations, including turning up to diameters of 600 mm and milling up to lengths of 2000 mm, utilizing CNC machines with up to 5 axes. Dimensional accuracy is ensured through the use of precision instruments that undergo regular calibration.

A three-dimensional measuring system and a roughness tester are also available.
We process non-ferrous metals, primarily tin bronzes, aluminum bronzes, brass, and other copper alloys.

Upon request, we provide rough and machined centrifugally cast tubes with an outer diameter greater than 300 mm and a length of less than 1000 mm. The actual length and thickness are evaluated based on the total weight of the casting.
